This recipe is an adaptation of one made by my friend Cheryl...
* 1/2 cup of peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
* 1/4 cup of almond butter or cashew macadamia butter
* 1/4 cup dehydrated non-fat milk powder
* 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
* 1 tsp. flax seed (milled)
* 4 Tbsp. honey
* Kinako (soybean flour that has a nutty flavor)
* Mix all ingredients (except Kinako) together in a bowl.
* Roll mixture into small balls.
* Roll the balls in the Kinako powder.
* Refrigerate for one hour or more.
